The use of this website and communications with MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and call our office if you have any queries.

| 1 |
Bookings and Payment |
|
1.1. |
A payment of 50% of the total amount is required to secure your booking within 48 hours of confirmation of availability and tariff with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the booking and/or subject to the Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policy. |
|
1.2. |
Secured and Guaranteed bookings will be proccessed as per payment instructions and subject to the Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policy. |
|
1.3. |
A booking fee of $25 will be charge to all booking transactions processed. |
|
1.4. |
A 2% merchant fee is levied for credit card transactions. |
|
|
|
| 2. |
Amendments, Cancellations and Refund Policy |
|
2.1. |
Amendments and cancellations to bookings will incur a $50 administration fee. |
|
2.2. |
Cancellations 60 days prior to the arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount paid. |
|
2.3. |
Cancellations 60 to 90 days prior to arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of total amount paid. |
|
2.4. |
Cancellations 90+ day’s prior to arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 25% of total amount paid. |
|
2.5. |
Cancellations after arrival dates will not be refunded |
|
|
|
| 3. |
Security Deposit and Property Damage |
|
3.1. |
Security Bond of $1000 is required prior to the arrival date for all bookings in the form of a valid credit card in the cardholders name or deposited funds in the nomonated account. |
|
3.2. |
For prestige properties the amount of the security bond may vary.
|
|
3.3. |
MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation has the authority to deduct monies from the security bond to remedy any damages, repairs, replacement of goods, excess cleaning, removal of garbage and debris, to recover reasonable expenses as a result of excessive usage or as a result of any breaches of the conditions of this agreement caused by the user or its guests. |

| 4. |
Arrival and Key Collection. |
|
4.1. |
Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out is no later than 10am of departure date. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability, prior arrangements and extra charges will apply. Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedures will be supplied within 7 days of arrival upon reciept of requested information. |

4.2. |
Loss of keys incur a replacement cost of $250. |

|
| 5. |
Number of Persons Accommodated and Guests. |
|
5.1. |
Maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the property is specified in your booking confirmation. It is expressly understood that under no circumstances a gathering of people exceeding the maximum number of guest confirmed in the booking confirmation is permitted at any time. A gathering of people exceeding the maximum number of permitted guests consitutes ground for eviction and/or forfieture of security bond. |

5.2. |
Parties, functions and alike on the premises are strictly not allowed. MyCoastline reserves the right to terminate any tenancy, evict its users and guests immediately and retain the securtiy bond if you cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbours or found to be holding a party, function or alike. |
|
5.3. |
It is understood that guests will comply with Local, State and Federal Regulations and Laws and any breach will result in the immediate eviction or forfiture of security bond. |
|
5.4. |
The named user contained in the booking confirmation accepts all responsibilties for their guests during the booking term and must ensure that they are present during the booking term and forfeit any right to a claim or decuctions from the securirty bond. |
|
5.5. |
It is accepted that under no circumstance is the user/s permitted to erect swimming pools, camping equipment, park mobile homes, caravans or alike on the property which will constitute grounds for re-entry, eviction and forfiture of security bond. |
|
5.6. |
Unless stated within the property description bed linen and towels are the responsibilty of the user to supply. |
|
|
|
| 6. |
Furniture and Effects at the Property. |
|
6.1. |
User/s may not remove any furniture or effects from the property. |
|
6.2. |
User/s will incur costs and monies deducted from security bond for any theft, loss of, or damage to any tangible property, accidental breakages and structural damage. |
|
6.3. |
Furniture must not be moved from its original position. |
|
|
|
| 7. |
Liability. |
|
7.1. |
User/s agree to indemnify MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation and its representatives from any claim for loss of personal effects, financial damage direct or indirect, public liability claims including death and personal injury whatsoever incurred by the users/s when using the services of MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation. |
|
7.2. |
It is recommended that all users purchase travel insurance to protect against loss of personal belongings, public liability and against your need to cancel under certain conditions. |
|
7.3. |
Property managers will endeavour to describe the property and its position to the best of their ability and in good faith. |
|
7.4. |
No liability or damages will be accepted by the property manager for mis-description. |
|

|
| 8. |
General Conduct. |
|
8.1. |
Providing misleading or false information will result in cancellation of booking and/or forfeiture of security bond. All correspondence to Mycoastline is to be forwared in writting to

8.2. |
Users/s must not smoke within the property or incur a de-odorising fee of $250 and excess cleaning fee. |
|
8.3. |
User/s shall immediately report any failure of services (i.e. electricity, etc) or any damage to, or repairs required to MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation immediately. |
|
8.4. |
Users/s must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition on departure including washing and storing all dishes, etc, removing all food items from the fridge and pantry and removing all rubbish and debris from the property. Any additional cleaning will be charged at $45/hour (min 2 hours) and deducted from the security bond. |
|
8.5. |
Users/s must comply with all Local, State, and Federal regulations that apply to the property and shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers (eg. loud music, large gatherings etc). |
|
8.6. |
Users/s must when departing the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage. |
|
8.7. |
Animals are not permitted without the express written permission of MyCoastline, failure to comply with this condition may result in the request to remove the animal from the property, eviction, additional cleaning fees and/or loss of security bond. Where permission is granted for "pet friendly" properties conditions apply.
|
|
8.8. |
Barbeques are to be cleaned after use and covered failure to clean the barbeque will incur and additional cleaning fee of $50. If the gas bottle empty, please refill and retain your receipt of purchase for reimbursement. |
|
8.9. |
Do not flush foreign objects into the septic system; any damages may result in the guest/s being liable for any costs associated. |
|
|
|
| 9. |
Right to Inspect the Property and Re-Enter the property. |
|
9.1. |
Properties are patrolled during occupancy in the event of a reasonable cause to attend the property by a representative of MyCoastline due to a breach of the terms and conditions or nuisance; an administration fee of $100 will be deducted from the security bond. |
|
9.2. |
If the property manager has reasonable grounds to believe that the property is being damaged or at risk, or if the user/s is in breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement the property manager has the express right to re-enter the property and/or vacate the property of the user/s and/or retain the bond. |
|
|
|
| 10. |
Departures. |
|
10.1. |
The property must be vacated and keys returned by 10:00 am on the departure date. Failure to depart at the designated time will authorise MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation to levy additional charge of $45 per 30 minutes until departure of all user/s. |
|
10.2 |
Excess rubbish or debris is to be removed on departure. All garbage is to be disposed of in the appropriate bins and any excess garbage/ debris removed from the property. The removal of any trash, garbage, debris or alike by MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation from the property will incurr a minimum charge of $150 and will be deducted from the security bond. |

| 11. |
Cancellation by the property provider. |
|
11.1. |
In the event that that the property is withdrawn by the property owner, MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation will endeavour to locate a property of equivalent specifications. However, should the alternative property be unavailable or unsuitable, the guest will receive a full refund of monies paid. |
|
11.2. |
Cancellations by users upon arrival as a result of circumstances beyond the control of MyCoastline, the property owners and relevant authorities will result in the full forfeiture of monies paid. MyCoastline will seek to re-let the property for all or part of the booking period and if successful will refund any monies accordingly. |
|
|
|
| 12. |
Right of refusal and application of other Special Conditions. |
|
12.1. |
My Coastline may refuse at its discretion to accept any user or their guests. |
|
12.2. |
The property manager may require that Special Conditions be agreed too on arrival or during its occupation by the user and its guests to ensure the property is returned to its pre arrival condition. |
|
|
|
| 13. |
Problems and complaints. |
|
13.1. |
In the event of a problem or complaint you must inform MyCoastline immediately so management has the opportunity to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability to rectify the problem or complaint and will extinguish any claim for compensation. Disputes regarding damage, cleaning or rubbish removal will not be entered into unless reported on arrival. |

I, the user/s have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the services of MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation as set out above. Any infringement of the above conditions allows MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation to refuse a key, amend booking details, immediately terminate or deduct monies from bonds.
By confirming your booking with payment, you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above by MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation.
